Got something to take care of?
Hand it to me.

Something that's been left unresolved, a task that needs doing, an organisation you need to contact, a venture to launch. Tell me what you need — I'll tell you if I can take it on, and how.

You don't need to know whether your request falls under admin, organisation or digital. You describe the situation. I take care of the rest.

Here are a few examples to give you an idea. And if your situation isn't listed, just tell me about it.

In practical terms, you might ask me to…

« I've received a document or request and don't know what to do with it »

I look at what's being asked of you, explain clearly what it involves, and work out what needs preparing or doing next.

Concrete example: taking over a licensing file for opening a shop, understanding the different documents required, checking what information is already available, and preparing everything needed to submit it.

« I need to reply to a letter and don't know where to start »

I gather what's needed and draft a clear reply, tailored to your situation and the person you're writing to.

Concrete example: reviewing the history of a disputed invoice, checking what evidence supports the claim, and drafting a well-argued letter requesting a review of the charges.

« I have a process that's stalled »

I find out where things are stuck, identify the right person to speak to, and pick up the conversation to move things forward.

Concrete example: taking over a stalled situation involving Meta accounts, checking access and linked accounts, identifying what options were still available despite lost access, and guiding the client through the steps needed to try to regain control of their accounts.

« I want this to finally be closed »

I piece together what's already been done, what's still outstanding, and take on the final steps needed to close it.

Concrete example: taking over several water, electricity and gas contracts as part of a probate case in Belgium, matching contracts, references and meter readings, identifying missing information, liaising with several suppliers, and following each file through to resolution or closure.

« I need to compare a few options before deciding »

I sort through the options and give you a clear comparison of their advantages, drawbacks, costs and fit with your needs.

You keep the final say, I do the groundwork.

Concrete example: reviewing several CRM and management solutions for a company, comparing how they work, their scope for centralising and automating tasks, their compatibility with existing tools and their limitations, then working out which one actually fits how the business runs.

« I need someone to keep an eye on things »

I keep track of dates, expected replies and upcoming actions, so you don't have to think about it constantly.

Concrete example: tracking a company's contract and service deadlines, monitoring key dates and setting up the reminders or automations needed to act before a deadline is missed.

… and plenty of other situations

None of these quite match your situation? Just tell me what you need to sort out.

And for bigger-picture needs…

« I need someone I can rely on day to day »

I take on part of your day-to-day workload and become a regular point of support for everything you no longer want to handle alone.

Concrete example: running part of the administrative and day-to-day operations of a fitness studio on an ongoing basis: organisation, scheduling, client requests, memberships, communications, tracking open matters and coordinating with the team.

« My set-up has become too complicated »

I bring order back into how things run, so information, tasks and documents are easy to find and follow.

Concrete example: taking over a set-up where files, tasks and information were scattered, and building a centralised system in Notion to track ongoing matters, blockers, priorities, archiving and time spent on each task.

« I'm organising an event and need a hand »

I handle the behind-the-scenes work: information, registrations, suppliers, documents and coordination before and during the event.

Concrete example: taking on part of the operational organisation of an event by centralising the information, the website, registrations or bookings, documents and the various exchanges needed for it to run smoothly.

« I need help with my tools or my website »

I build or take over your website and digital tools: choosing the right solution, setup, domain, hosting, forms, organisation and going live. I can also work on an existing set-up when it needs fixing or simplifying.

Concrete example: building a showcase website from scratch: structure and content, layout, domain name, hosting, technical setup, forms, mobile adaptation, basic SEO and going live.

« I'm launching my business or opening a venue »

I support you through everything that needs preparing around the launch, so the practical steps and paperwork move forward in the right order.

Concrete example: supporting the opening of a shop by coordinating several matters at once: administrative formalities, the premises file, safety and accessibility, leaseholder matters, insurance, suppliers, activity-related obligations and deadlines ahead of opening.

« I have an idea but don't know how to make it happen »

You tell me what you have in mind. I work out how to make it happen, map out the steps, and organise how it gets done with you.

Concrete example: starting from a need that's still loosely defined, exploring the different ways to bring it to life, identifying the solutions and suppliers needed, requesting the necessary information or quotes, then building out the steps until it becomes a concrete, workable project.

Your request isn't on this list? Just ask.

Not every situation can be listed here. If yours is unusual, or hard to categorise, tell me about it — I'll look into it and let you know clearly whether I can take it on.

If it calls for regulated or specialist expertise outside my own field, I'll say so too.

Your tools, your habits, your organisation

I don't try to impose my own methods or tools on you. I fit naturally into your organisation, your habits and the way you already work — Google Workspace, Notion, your CRM, or simple shared folders. My aim: to save you time and quickly become a genuine extension of your business.

Outsourced office management

Beyond one-off assignments, some clients bring me on as an outsourced office manager in a broader sense: running the day-to-day organisation, coordinating suppliers, keeping on top of admin and finances, and structuring tools and processes. One single point of contact who takes care of everything around your business — remotely, so you can focus on what matters most. And because the mental load doesn't stop at the office door, this support can extend to your personal affairs too.

A remote executive assistant,
wherever you are

Based in Thonon-les-Bains, I work with most of my clients remotely. Thanks to digital tools, working together is just as smooth and responsive as it would be with an assistant on site — from Paris to Geneva, Brussels to Montreal.

Remote

Most of my work is carried out entirely remotely: admin, organisation, coordination, digital tools, project follow-up. European time zone, replies generally within the day, secure data — wherever you're based.

In the Lake Geneva region

For assignments that call for an on-site presence — events, one-off organisation, sensitive matters — I travel across Haute-Savoie (Thonon-les-Bains, Évian-les-Bains, Annemasse, Annecy), to Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland.
